Agreed! I think being bombarded with news and information all day is unhealthy and slowing down is exactly the way become aligned with our soul's guidance to live the life that speaks to us and fulfills our desires.

def agree with you. i think we’re actually at an inflection point where not knowing the latest (ie not being chronically online) is aspirational. you can absolutely know what you really need to know without social media
definitely! i think people have forgotten there was a time where you'd only be fed with information once or twice a day by just watching the news or having conversations with peers. there is no need to have access to bad news 24/7
