As someone who vacillates between loving and dreading logging the books I’ve read, I’m always interested in how people do it (except I won’t join Goodreads or whatever app people are into nowadays—call it “the feminine urge to resist everything popular and widely accepted,” ha). Do you do a bullet journal spread like that YouTube creator? I wonder if I could try collaging as a book log…
haha that urge is so real, I also deleted those apps. also that youtuber is me! hehe and collaging sounds so fun and unique you definitely should! thank you for your kind comment :')
My little joy is spontaneously having dinner with my friend (who made a FANTASTIC meal btw) and talking about my little (and not so little) sorrows. Their deep hugs while crying about it all, and immediately pivoting to talking about clothes afterwards. Being complimented on a T-shirt I've owned for nearly ten years.
Also I took a break from my internship this week and I feel so much more excited about life now that no one's expecting anything from me. It's freeing. I will be chasing this feeling forever
Love your newsletter!
