I’d love to hear more about your favorite cosy games! I was all about Animal Crossing and it was so good for chill time, but lately I am so bored and am stuck trying to find a replacement! Stardew Valley is not it!
ooh we could be here for a minute but also you didn't like stardew?😯 that game took my soul for a straight five years haha but perhaps you may prefer fields of mistria? same SV vibe but you might prefer that instead. some other games I'm enjoying are discounty, hello kitty island adventure, cats in cosy rooms, fae farm, littlewood didn't keep my attention but that's also good and there are some others I can't remember rn but maybe I'll do a post about it!
Hooray! And to clarify, Stardew was lovely, but my eyesight couldn’t handle all the text, so it wasn’t as relaxing for me. I am sure the game play is awesome :)
oh yes i do remember struggling with this when I first started playing actually! we eventually got a bigger tv so that made it a lot more enjoyable to play haha
I love this reflection concept. I also just saw the most perfect little woman book as well! I wanted to buy it but instead I brought 3 romance novels. Currently trying to read Jane eyre by charlotte Brontë but i feel so illiterate trying to understand it lol.
girl me with wuthering heights😭 trying to get it in before the film comes out though lol and omg! where did you get your little women? I was stalking the shelves of TK maxx for like a year haha. glad you enjoyed the reflections 🩷
It’s a book shop called Schuler Books! It’s kinda like barns and noble where I live. But I love to stalk thrift stores recently for books! Top tier! Also check the book outlet online! They have a beautiful copy of all classics!
that little women edition is so gorgeous!! i wanted to round up my month but i feel like i forgot a lot so that's why i'm doing it weekly haha i hope everything works out for your next chapter in life <3 love your blog!!!
isn't it! i can't stop staring at it, i'm waiting for september to dive in hehe also mood i do have to check my camera roll or things i've written down to remember what i've done in the past month haha thank you for lovely comment! <3
that's exactly how I feel every time I do this! it's a nice reminder every month like oh wait, it was a pretty good month :') I hope you enjoy the process yourself <3
I really enjoyed reading this. So many of your little joys are joys for me too. Animal crossing was my ultimate cosy game but looking for some new ones. Reading always brings me comfort (I think it’s something to do with escaping reality!
aw love that for us🥰 animal crossing is the blue print honestly, hokko life gets a bit of a bad rep but it's v similar to animal crossing and I enjoyed it for a bit! the animals are a little creepy though I'll give the haters that lol. I think I'll dedicate a post to cosy games :') also yes reading definitely! who doesn't love a bit of eacapism hehe
Aw I love all these cozy posts so much! Is it only monthly? I love that your substack has been standing out for me in this revolving door of newsletters, I recognized your name and got excited, it is such a soothing vibe!
