Hi lovely readers, how are you this Tuesday? I am absolutely bursting with joy as we’ve had a ton of new people join us here recently! There are nearly 60 of you now and I can’t tell you how happy I am (mainly how shocked I am) and how much it means to me that people want to read my writing! Ahh!! Sorry I’ll calm down.
In the spirit of gratitude, I thought it would be nice to do another little joys and little sorrows instalment. As always, feel free to add your own little joys/sorrows in the comments as part of your ‘quiet reflection’ for the month <3
Hope you all have a lovely week!
little joys
Finally using my treadmill again every morning and feeling good in my body
Getting a Costco membership and finding eggless croissants!! (I have an egg intolerance, this is a big deal)
A surprise day trip to Cambridge for my mum for her birthday
Having a friend stay over for the bank holiday weekend and feeling like we were back at uni again
Grateful for a mother who will come over to plait my hair
Organising my workout routine so I can play around with a variety of styles
Thinking about running again after my health hiccup… Parkrun on Saturday maybeee
Finding a cool app that makes photos look like they were taken on a digital camera (Old Roll!)
Feeling really good about writing regularly again after years of writer’s block/having a fear of writing
The beautiful crescent moon the other day! (pictured below)
little sorrows
Still can’t decide whether to leave my job or not :)
Forgetting to buy tickets for a zine workshop and then seeing it was sold out
Haven’t been in the mood to read for practically the entire year
Not being able to see the northern lights from southern England this week, boo
Allergies!! You may mistake me for a bunch of crumpled tissues

I love this idea!
My husband I left to vent but at the end of our day we like to say “best part of your day”
Love working on our health - body and mind!♡
And I wish I could've seen the Northern Lights too! Too much light pollution here in Amsterdam I think...
